You have your bachelor’s degree in your pocket and would like to gain 1 year of practical experience in the field of technical communication, new technologies and digital learning before your master’s degree? Then you are exactly right with us.
- We are a diverse team of editors and experts for digital learning. We are distributed internationally and create collaborative content for various touchpoints along the learning and user journey
- Your main task is to support us in various, changing projects and to create content for different topics and to focus on the user (UX)
- Your tasks include: research, analysis, conception, terminology, design, layout and the creation of technical information with regard to the end result and the UX
- You take responsibility for driving topics forward in your interface function and role. In addition, we are looking for someone who is particularly interested in emerging technologies such as AI, Metaverse, Chatbots, Machine Learning and ChatGPT and who has initial experience in creating blog posts and white papers
- In your work, you use a variety of tools (text editors, content management systems, wikis, graphics programs, etc.) to translate complex information into easily consumable content
- Ideally, you have first experiences in the agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Docs-as-Code ..)
- Our diverse competencies and expertise in certain focus areas enable us to work holistically and support digitalization at Bosch
Profil
Personality: motivated, communicative, creative team player, very interested in digital topics, complete tasks on your own responsibility
Working Practice: organized, structured, conscious of responsibility and quality, independent, binding and self-initiative
Experience and Knowledge: first experiences in editorial writing of texts and content design, creation of multimedia content – JS and CSS are desirable
Qualification: knowledge in the creation of technical information advantageous (single-source principle)
Enthusiasm: high affinity for language, software and technology
Education: completed bachelor’s degree in linguistics, communication science, media science, technical field or comparable (e.g. technical editing, communication and media management or similar)
Languages: very good in German and English
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor’s graduates who aim to complete a master’s degree. After the bachelor’s degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the professional and entrepreneurial context. The second phase includes the master’s degree and involves further events and seminars, as well as personal guidance from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
