Personality: communicative, innovative, flexible, reliable, team-oriented, independent, responsible.
Experience and Knowledge: excellent communication and presentation skills, strong research and analytical skills, MS Office, very good understanding and good knowledge about Business models and business model innovation.
Enthusiasm: passionate about emerging technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse, Web3, Quantum Computing, etc.
Education: bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Innovation Management, and Business Computer Science.
Languages: very good English skills, German is a plus.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor’s graduates who aim to complete a master’s degree. After the bachelor’s degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the professional and entrepreneurial context. The second phase includes the master’s degree and involves further events and seminars, as well as personal guidance from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
